If you are running Blackboard Service Pack 8 or lower, there is a Blackboard issue with caching IP addresses with these lower service packs.
When our IP addresses change for our SoftChalk Cloud server, you will need to do a rolling restart for your Blackboard servers to resolve to the new IP addresses.
