I am a Blackboard Admin. When we try to launch a SoftChalk lesson in IE, we get a message, "Do you want to save index.html?" Then there is an option to Save or Cancel, but the lesson doesn't come up. The lesson comes up fine Firefox. What should we do?

Patchset 3 for 9.1 SP9 needs to be applied. Once Patchset 3 is applied, you can then apply the LRNSI-9453 patch. For the clients that are on 9.1 SP9 Patchset 1 or 2, they will need to apply Patchset 3 in order to obtain this fix.
