I am a Blackboard Administrator. I have uploaded the SoftChalk building block to Blackboard, but under the Installed Tools area, there isn't a Settings button. What should I do?

I am a Blackboard Administrator. I have uploaded the SoftChalk building block to Blackboard, but under the Installed Tools area, there isn't a Settings button. What should I do?

In order to see the Settings button please make the following changes:

  • Under the Availability column, change Inactive to Available

  • Under the Course/Org Default column, change Unavailable to Available.
