I am a student using Blackboard (Bb). When I click on the lesson link, I see a blank box or empty box overlay and cannot view the lesson. What should I do?

Please contact the instructor and tell him/her to use the Synchronized Copied Content tool in the course.The instructor can do the following steps to use the Synchronized Copied Content tool:

  1. LogIn Blackboard, click on your course link.

  2. Click on Course Tools at the left

  3. Click on SoftChalk - Synchronize Copied Content

  4. Click on Synchronize
