In Blackboard, I received the error message "This content has been disabled. Please contact your institution’s technical support." when I clicked on a ScoreCenter lesson with an ScL icon. What could be the issue?

The Blackboard SoftChalk Publish with ScoreCenter building block is available for our current customers (those that have a current Gold Support Maintenance Contract with us). This Blackboard Building Block uses our servers to track student scores and place those scores into the Blackboard Results Center (in previous Blackboard versions this area was referred to as the gradebook). 

Your institution may lack a current Gold Support Maintenance Contract with us. If you know your institution lacks a current contract, please contact sales@softchalk.com and we would be happy to assist you in renewing your contract. If you are not sure about the status of your contract, please contact help@softchalk.com.
