I am a Blackboard Admin. I am using IE . I click on a link to a ScoreCenter lesson. The lesson opens but there is no message that the lesson is connecting to the ScoreCenter and there is no Finish button at the end of the lesson. What should I do?

Please make sure that the time on your Blackboard server is linked to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) (sometimes this time is referred to as UTC or Coordinated Universal Time). Your server may be set for your local time zone but you MUST have the time accurate within five minutes.

Cookies are created in IE with ScoreCenter lessons. If IE gets a cookie that has the time expiration date before the time on the server or user's computer, it never creates the cookie. 
If individual users are having issues, please tell them to:

• Make sure the time on their machines is correct.
• Make sure JavaScript is enabled. See the FAQ Some students report that a Finish button does not appear at the end of their ScoreCenter lessons. What could be the issue?
