The issue appears to be an incomplete download of the SoftChalk installer. Please try one of the following solutions:
1) See the FAQ When I tried to download the installer, it took a long time. Now when I click on the installer, I get an error message "Installer integrity check has failed." What should I do?
2) You may have anti-virus software (including firewall software) that is disabling the downloading of .exe files. Please look at your anti-virus software to enable the downloading of .exe files so that you can download the SoftChalk installer.
