When I click to launch SoftChalk Create from the Cloud on a Macintosh using Safari, I receive a pop-up message from the browser in addition to the Install SoftChalk Create screen. What should I do?

You can ignore the pop-up browser message ("There is no application set to open the URL softchalk:weblaunch?"). Click Cancel for this pop-up browser message.

Continue to follow the instructions on the Install SoftChalk Create screen by clicking on the download installer link for the Mac. Instructions for installing can be found the SoftChalk Create - Develop eLearning Content section of the SoftChalk Cloud Guide.

After you complete the installation, you will no longer receive messages when launching SoftChalk Create.
