I am unable to receive updates to SoftChalk Create - when I try to Check for Updates I receive the error message, "Please log in as Administrator and restart Create to download and install the update."
I am unable to receive updates to SoftChalk Create - when I try to Check for Updates I receive the error message, "Please log in as Administrator and restart Create to download and install the update."
This message indicates that the latest update requires that you have Admin rights on your PC in order to install the updated version of SoftChalk. You may be able to simply run the application as an Admin: try right-clicking on the application's shortcut, and if you see 'Run this program as an administrator' click that. If that option is available then you are already local admin and should be able to proceed through the update from there.
If right-clicking on the Create application to select Run as administrator does not help resolve the issue, please reach out to SoftChalk support at help@softchalk.com.
