If you receive a spinning icon or nothing happens when clicking the Finish button when trying to complete an attempt at the end of your lesson, there most likely is a firewall issue with your learning management system. In other words, when SoftChalk tries to communicate to the grade back for your learning management system, it is blocked by a firewall.
