How do I change my password in SoftChalk Cloud?

If you would like to change your Cloud login password, please follow the steps below:

• Sign in to your account at softchalkcloud.com.

• Navigate to the Account tab and select Profile.

• At the right under Actions, select Edit Profile.

• Next to Password, click Change.

• Enter a new password, and then enter it again when you are prompted to confirm.

• Be sure to click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

*Note: After you change your Cloud password, please be sure to also change your password in Create. Within SoftChalk, navigate to File/Manage Publish Accounts. Select your Cloud account and click Edit. Update the password field with your new password and click Ok.
