My scores post to the LMS gradebook. Can I export ScoreCenter details as a .csv or Excel spreadsheet?

Your LMS may allow for gradebook details to be exported in a .csv or Excel spreadsheet (.xls) format.

Since the overall score from ScoreCenter content tracks to and becomes part of the LMS gradebook, scores from SoftChalk lessons will be included in the gradebook export.

SoftChalk does not offer a process to download ScoreCenter attempt details further because they relate to private student information; the downloaded data would have to be anonymized. However, the information could be collected by viewing the individual student attempt data in ScoreCenter.

To view captured student responses, you will need to go to the ScoreCenter for the tracked lesson within the LMS. You can click on an individual student’s name and see a list of attempts that student has made of the tracked lesson. Then select an attempt to view the attempt details.

This is a feature that has been requested but which has not yet been developed and implemented for SoftChalk Cloud.
