I am an instructor. Sometimes student grades don't appear in the ScoreCenter. This issue seems to be sporadic. What should I do?
When a student accesses a ScoreCenter tracked lesson, the attempt is 'started' and the student will receive the below message.
An attempt is not considered 'Complete' until the student clicks the Finish button at the bottom of the last page of the lesson. Clicking the last Finish button will 'Complete' the student attempt and will push the score to the LMS grade book.
As long as a student connects to ScoreCenter and they click the appropriate 'Check Answers/Finish' button and/or completes an activity, the student attempt details will be captured in ScoreCenter.
If the scores do not pass to the LMS grade book after performing the above Complete All Attempts process, please contact SoftChalk Support for troubleshooting.
