ScoreCenter dates and times do not match my time zone. Can I change the ScoreCenter timestamp?

The SoftChalk ScoreCenter uses GMT time zone as students all over the world access SoftChalk ScoreCenters, and cannot be changed from GMT to other time zones.

The submission times in the LMS grade book will be in the correct LMS time zone and will correspond with the SoftChalk ScoreCenter results in GMT.

If the content is delivered via LTI, then the ScoreCenter timestamps will be set to GMT by default.

However, for the purposes of Deadlines and other date/time settings configured within the LMS, ScoreCenter and the LMS will convert properly to the LMS' local time zone. So, if you set a lesson to close out at a certain date and time within the LMS, the lesson will become unavailable at that exact moment in the LMS' local time.

Your ScoreCenter LTI gradebook will still show dates/times according to GMT, but if you've cut off access within the LMS at the end of the availability period, then you can be sure that no students accessed after that date/time.
