How do I move content into another folder?

You can quickly move a single or multiple Lessons, Learning Objects, or Files to other folders. (The instructions below show moving a Lesson, but the same steps apply to moving a Learning Object or File.)

There are several ways to select content saved in your SoftChalk Cloud account to move to another folder.

a) Move an individual Lesson by clicking the Move icon next at the far right of the Lesson Name.

b) Move an individual Lesson by clicking the vertical dots and selecting the Move menu option at the far right of the Lesson Name.

c) Select multiple lessons and click the Move icon at the top of the Lessons list.

Once you select to Move an item, a popup window will appear with a list of your Lessons and Folders (see below).

If you are moving a lesson that is already in a sub-folder, you may need to click the ‘back’ arrow next to the sub-folder title in that popup window to return to a previous folder.

Choose which Folder you would like to move the item(s) into and click Move Here.

Your page will automatically refresh to display the chosen folder with the Lessons listed into the new folder.
