How can I download a backup of my SoftChalk content?

You can quickly download a .zip backup copy of your SoftChalk content.
The steps below can be used to download a Lesson or File from the SoftChalk Cloud.

In SoftChalk Cloud: Package a Lesson 

1. Log into your SoftChalk Cloud account. 

2. Under My Content > Lessons, click on a lesson title.  

3. Scroll under the preview window and choose Download Lesson under the Lesson Actions menu.

4. By default, the .zip file will download to the web browser. Where you'll find the lesson .zip file just downloaded: 

Open	in Chrome  it's at the bottom of the window
Open	in Firefox and Edge  it's from the toolbar
Open	in Internet Explorer  it's at the bottom of the window

If your file extensions are not showing, you will not see the .zip at the end of the filename. Look for a folder with a zipper or package icon with your lesson’s unique identifier.
