How do I package a lesson to use in Create Online?

In order to upload a lesson from your local computer to SoftChalk Cloud, it will first need to be packaged using SoftChalk Create.

Save your lesson in SoftChalk Create.

  1. Save your lesson in SoftChalk Create.

2. Select File > Package Lesson (or press Ctrl+K).

3. Do not change anything in the Package Lesson menu. Click OK.

“Package type” should already be set to Standard Zip and “Tracking score using” should already be set to None.

4. Select where to save the lesson package on your computer and click OK.

  • A .zip file will be created at that location with the name of your lesson.

  • This is the file you will need to provide when uploading the lesson to SoftChalk Cloud.

5. Select OK again to continue editing your lesson in SoftChalk Create, or select Open Folder to view the lesson on your computer.
