I have a SoftChalk Cloud account. I accidentally deleted a lesson. How can I recover deleted content?

If you have accidentally deleted an item, it is easily recoverable by using the Deleted Items section under the My Content are of your SoftChalk Cloud account. 

You will see any lesson, learning object, or file you have deleted within the past 180 days listed here. Once you find the item you would like to restore please select the 'circular arrows' Restore button.

If you restore a:

  • Lesson - it will be restored to your My Content/Lessons area default Lessons folder.
  • File - it will be restored to your My Content/Files area default Files folder.
  • Learning Object - it will be restored to your My Content/Learning Objects area default Learning Objects folder.
