How do I create a free trial SoftChalk Cloud account? What happens after the expiration time? How do I purchase a subscription?

You can create a SoftChalk Cloud free trial account by following the steps below.

  1. Go to the SoftChalk Cloud website and click the Free Trial button at the upper right part of the screen.

2. Fill out the Register for a Free 14-Day trial form and click Start 14 day trial to receive an activation key via email.

3. Once you receive an activation key, go to  https://www.softchalkcloud.com/join .

4. Paste the activation key in the key field, fill out the rest of the account form and click the Join button at the bottom.

 

(If you received an activation key from your institution or decide to purchase a subscription, you will not need to create a new account.
You can log into your trial account and click Subscribe to enter the subscription activation key.)

Once you've set up your SoftChalk Cloud account, you can use SoftChalk Create within your account to create interactive, engaging content. After logging into your account, select Create Lesson in the Actions menu.


Anytime during the trial period (or afterwards), you can purchase a subscription. See our Buy Now page. If you are interested in an individual license, site license, or enterprise purchase, please contact sales@softchalk.com.

(If you don't activate your account within the 14 days, the links to your content are not active and you can't edit your content. Once you activate your account, your links will be become active again and you can edit your content.)


Once you purchase a subscription, an activation key, you can enter the purchased activation key for your trial account to make it a subscription account.

  1. Log into your SoftChalk Cloud account at https://softchalkcloud.com.

   2. In the upper right corner, click Subscribe.

  3. Paste the activation key and click Upgrade at the bottom of the page.
