If someone leaves an institution, is there some way the institution can "free up" that SoftChalk Cloud account for another user?

Yes. Please reach out to SoftChalk Support and let us know which account(s) you want to have de-activated. We will de-activate the account(s) for you and email you back.

 

The user of the de-activated account can still log into the de-activated SoftChalk Cloud account and click Subscribe in the upper right corner and activate the account either through a PayPal purchase or with an activation key from another institution.

(Before de-activation, the user can download his/her content to his/her local computer or copy it to a shared folder within SoftChalk Cloud.)
