You will need to empty the SoftChalk Temp Directory
If you can look Look in My Documents > _SoftChalkDownloadTempDir and move any folders present in that directory. The Temp directory should always empty itself whenever SoftChalk Create is shutdown, but if there's anything still in there you should move it elsewhere to resolve this error.
