When I try to run SoftChalk, I get an error message, "Unable to create Application directory. C:\Users\USERNAME\Application Data\SoftChalk\LessonBuider 9. SoftChalk will close." What should I do?

You may not have administrator rights to install SoftChalk on your computer. Please contact your technical person with administrator rights to get SoftChalk installed.

If you have administrator rights, you may have a corrupted username with corrupted data. Please create a new username and try to install SoftChalk.

If you receive this error when launching Create weblaunch version you may want to try running your browser as an Administrator:

  1. Right click the your browser shortcut.
  2. Select Run as Administrator.
  3. Go to www.softchalkcloud.com and launch the Create application.
