Can a Completed Learner Attempt be re-opened?

Yes, a course instructor is able to review and re-open individual Learner Attempts in ScoreCenter.

1. Log into your Brightspace by D2L account and choose your course.

2. Click on name of your lesson.

3. The SoftChalk ScoreCenter screen appears. Click on a specific learner’s name to display a dropdown menu of the student’s attempts.

4. Click on an attempt to see additional attempt data

5. To re-open an individual attempt, use the Actions menu to select Re-Open Attempt from the dropdown. (see image below)

6. Select Re-Open Attempt and click to confirm.
