STEPS:

1. Within your Moodle course, at the top right, click Turn Editing on. (If this area says, Turn Editing Off, then your Editing is already turned on.)
2. To the right of your LTI item, click the edit icon. (This icon may say Update when you roll over it.)
3. Click the Show more link or the Show Advanced button.
4. Edit the Activity Description field.
5. Scroll down and click Save and return to course.
