When trying to launch SoftChalk Create, I am getting an error: Unable to write application information. If you are running User Account Control, please turn off UAC to complete the installation. What should I do?

Be sure you have disabled UAC and confirm if the error remains.

SoftChalk requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 in order to install and run properly. The most current version of .NET Framework is 4.5. If you have the most recent version present, you may need to install the 3.5 version alongside it, in order for SoftChalk to install successfully.

If you continue to encounter this error, even after installing the proper version of .NET Framework, check that you have a 32-bit installation of Java present on your PC.
