I have a Macintosh. I downloaded the installer but when I double-clicked on the SoftChalk 9 icon, the program failed to come up. What should I do?

You may have unzipped the installer with a non-standard unzipping utility. Please try the following:

  1. Right-click on your downloaded installer (SoftChalk9-Mac.zip) (if you have a one-button mouse, hold down the control key and click).  (Typically, this installer is either on your desktop or in your Downloads folder.)
  2. Choose Open With and choose Archive Utility app. (That creates the SoftChalk9.app). Double-click on this icon to start SoftChalk.
