I hold a role other than Administrator and Instructor within my institution's Blackboard. Why can't I view my Courses and/or Content folders in the Publish area of SoftChalk?

Only those with an administrator or instructor role within a course can see this course in the publish area of SoftChalk. 

One option for those with roles other than administrator and instructor is to manually upload lessons to the course.  For directions on uploading Zip lessons to Blackboard, please see the section Non-Scored Lessons - Package and Upload a Lesson in our Blackboard and SoftChalk  Desktop Integration Guide (the URL is below).
