I am a faculty member. When I try to save my SoftChalk lesson to Blackboard, I get the error message "Error Uploading Package. Scanner State 24 Not Recognized." What should I do?

Check to see if the title of your lesson or the title of your lesson folder has any unusual characters, such as asterisks, dashes, or foreign language characters.  If it does, please take the character(s) out, save the lesson, and try to save your lesson to Blackboard again.
