I am using Internet Explorer 9 (IE9). When I click on the Blackboard Grade Center, the Grade Center doesn't load. What should I do?

This is a Blackboard issue for accessing the Grade Center. As a workaround, you can switch your Browser Mode to Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) by using the following steps:

1. In Internet Explorer 9, press your F12 key to open the developer tools. 

2. Click on the drop down menu labeled Browser Mode: IE9 and select Internet Explorer 8.

3. Press your F12 key again to hide the Developer Tools.

You can use the same steps to revert back to Internet Explorer 9 mode when you are done.
