My activity appears cut off (part of the screen or information is missing) when I preview my lesson in a web browser. For instance, part of my crossword puzzle is missing. What should I do?

You may need to reset the zoom feature on your browser. Please try the following:

  • When previewing your lesson in Firefox, choose View/Zoom/Reset (You may need to right-click within the SoftChalk activity itself and select Zoom Out.)
  • When previewing your lesson in Internet Explorer, choose View/Zoom/100%.
