I am a Blackboard Administrator. When I copy course(s) or export and import course(s), the SoftChalk content does not work. Do I need to do an additional step?

I am a Blackboard Administrator. What is the latest version for the SoftChalk Publish with ScoreCenter building block?


If you have an older building block, please install our latest SoftChalk Publish with ScoreCenter building block at:
https://softchalkcloud.com/services/registration/blackboard


IMPORTANT: After running a course copy or exporting and importing courses, be sure to run the Synchronize Copied Content tool. (System Admin tab/Building Blocks/Installed Tools/Click the Settings button for SoftChalk Publish with ScoreCenter. In the Tools dropdown list, select Synchronize Copied Content. Enter your course ID(s) and click Synchronize.)

Using the synchronize feature above will synchronize the links for your lessons published within SoftChalk (Zip format or ScoreCenter lessons).

For faculty who do a course copy (or export/import of their courses), please have them see the FAQ I am a faculty member. When I copy my course or export and import my course, my SoftChalk content does not work. Do I need to do an additional step?
