STEPS
- Within Internet Explorer, choose Tools/Internet Options.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to the Security area.
- Select Allow active content to run in files on My Computer.
- Select Allow active content from CDs to run on My Computer. (Select this option if you are running SoftChalk lessons from a CD.)

I am a Blackboard Admin. When we try to launch a SoftChalk lesson in IE, we get a message, "Do you want to save index.html?" Then there is an option to Save or Cancel, but the lesson doesn't come up. The lesson comes up fine Firefox. What should we do?
