What do I do if I receive the error, “Unable to replace first publish key?”

The user can receive one of two possible errors that begin with the above statement. Please see below for further information on your specific error.
1. Unable to replace first publish key. Invalid_publish_key. A system error has occurred. SoftChalk will close.
The user will receive this error if they try to launch SoftChalk Create multiple times. Please only click 'Create Content' once, and wait for the jnlp file to fully download and launch. This may take a few moments.
2. Unable to replace first publish key. Javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sunsecurity.validator.ValidatorException: PKIK path building failed: etc. SoftChalk will close.
- From this error message, most likely there is a proxy server that is intercepting SSL traffic on your network. In the past, this issue has been resolved by disabling the SSL intercept for any traffic going to the domain: softchalkcloud.com
- Please contact your network's administrators and request that they add an exception to the SSL intercept for the domain: softchalkcloud.com
