I am receiving the " Error uploading package, Extraction Failed" message when I go to save my folder on SoftChalk Cloud, what should I do?


You may be receiving this error due to an internet connection issue. The server may be timing out or there may be high traffic on your school or home network server. Please clear your browsing history and restart the browser you are using. Try launching SoftChalk and saving again.


Note: You can save the lesson you are working on locally to your desktop in the meantime so you do not lose content. You can do this by selecting the 'Save As' option.
