Yes, a Cloud account allows you to limit access to your content for specific groups of learners. You may

define groups of users,
define sets of identifiers are allowed access (you can use free-form identifiers, or require learners to use SoftChalk Cloud accounts)
require passwords, control access by date and by learner IP address.
