Why aren't my SoftChalk lessons published (or uploaded) in the zip format not opening in my imported courses? (Newly published lessons work fine.)
Be sure to run the SoftChalk - Synchronize Copied Content tool.
See the FAQ I am a faculty member. When I copy my course or export and import my course, my SoftChalk content does not work (or links back to the original course). Do I need to do an additional step?
