When I preview my lesson on my local computer, the activities appear fine. When I publish (or upload) my lesson to Blackboard and look at the lesson, blank boxes appear for the activities. What should I do?

I am a Blackboard Administrator. Faculty report that they can view SoftChalk activities fine on their local computer. When they publish (or upload) the activities to Blackboard, blank boxes appear. What should I do?
