When I copy my course or export and import my course, my SoftChalk content does not work (or links back to the original course). Do I need to do an additional step?

Yes. Within your copied or imported course, at the left under the Control Panel for the course, select Course Tools. Then select SoftChalk – Synchronize Copied Content. Then click the Synchronize button.

Using the synchronize feature above will synchronize the links for your lessons published within SoftChalk (both lessons published in the zip format and your lessons published in the ScoreCenter format).

If you do NOT see the  SoftChalk – Synchronize Copied Content under your Course Tools, please contact your Blackboard Administrator.
