My SoftChalk ScoreCenter content was previously working and suddenly it is not working. What should I do?

I am a Blackboard Administrator. I just installed the latest SoftChalk Publish with ScoreCenter building block and none of the SoftChalk ScoreCenter content works. Do I need to do an additional step?

I am a Blackboard Admin. I set up the SoftChalk Publish with ScoreCenter building block on our test server. But I get a message, "Error submitting to ScoreCenter" when I click the Finish button on the last page. What should I do?
