When I try to save my SoftChalk lesson into Blackboard, I get an error message, "Error uploading package - authentication failed." What should I do?

Please make sure that you have entered your server information correctly. See the Enter the Server Information section in the Blackboard and SoftChalk Desktop Integration Guide

If you feel your server information is correct, please contact your Blackboard administrator to see if others at your institution are having this issue. If so, please ask the Blackboard administrator to contact help@softchalk.com to resolve the issue.
