I have Java 7 installed on my Windows computer. When I try to launch the new version of Create - Create 10, the program doesn't launch. What should I do?

As a Windows user, you need to have Java 8 update 31 or higher installed on your computer. To update Java, please see the instructions below:

Click on the start ball at the bottom left of your desktop. 

  1. Select Control Panel.
  2. Find Java in your list and double-click on it.
  3. Click the Update tab.
  4. At the bottom of the window, click Update Now.
