I am an instructor. In Blackboard original course view, I do not see the 'Content' option in the left-hand menu. What could be wrong?
In the Blackboard course (original view), the Create Content section is where you can Build Content. |  |

Blackboard allows the course Create Content section title to be renamed. By default, Blackboard course Create Content section is named Content. | |
If the Create Content section has been renamed, you may not see Content listed in left-hand menu. Instead, navigate to the section of the course where you would Build Content. | |
In this example, the Create Content section has been renamed LESSONS. | |
