How can I save equations to SoftChalk Cloud and reference the equation in Activities, QuizPoppers, and Tooltips?

In Create Online, place your cursor in your SoftChalk lesson page. Then choose either the Math Equation or Chemical Formula Equation menu from the Create Online toolbar.

2. Use the menu tools to create the equation and click OK.

The equation will appear in the Create Online lesson page where your cursor was placed in Step 1.

3. Right-click on the equation and select Save to Cloud from the menu options.

4. Select the folder you want to add the equation to in your SoftChalk Cloud Files area.

5. Give the equation a Name. Click OK.

Congratulations! You have saved the equation to your SoftChalk Cloud account under the My Content>Files area.

Once an equation has been saved to your SoftChalk Cloud account, you can quickly use the equation throughout your SoftChalk content.

SoftChalk Activity

Within any activity that uses an image, you can select the saved equation as a Cloud File.

SoftChalk QuizPopper

Select the Stored Equation from the QuizPopper right-click menu options (except Multiple-Blanks and Sentence Completion)

SoftChalk Lesson

Embed the equation using the Stored Equation from the Create Online toolbar.

Expand your SoftChalk Cloud File folder repository to select the stored equation. Click OK.
