After sharing a folder with valid SoftChalk Cloud users (or trial user), the users you designated to share this folder (e.g. jbond and hpotter) can put additional SoftChalk content in this folder by saving content from SoftChalk into this folder.

Users you have shared the folder with cannot drag a lesson they created into the folder you shared with them.

Create and Save content into a folder shared with you

Log into your SoftChalk Cloud account.
2. Under My Content > Lessons, scroll down to find the folder that’s been shared with you.
3. Click the on the folder title.
Click Create Lesson under the Actions menu at the right.
Congratulations! Create Online will open for you to create new content. When you save the lesson in Create Online, the lesson will be saved in the folder that’s been shared with your account.

Move Content from your account into the folder that’s been shared with you

You can only move content you own (meaning content created by your SoftChalk Cloud account).
1a	To move an individual lesson(s), select a lesson you own (created) and click the Move icon at the top.
1b	Or; Click the Move icon next to a folder you own.
2	Navigate to the folder you want to move the item to and click Move Here.
3	The page will automatically refresh to the item’s new location.
Congratulations! You have moved a Lesson you created into a folder that has been shared with you.

Upload Content into a folder that’s been shared with you.

1 2	Under My Content > Lessons, navigate to the folder that has been shared with you. Click Upload Lesson under the Actions menu at the left.
3	Click on Choose Files to locate or Drag & Drop your file.
4	Once the upload Lesson(s) appear listed, click the Upload button.
5	The page will automatically refresh into the folder you uploaded the lesson.
Congratulations! You have uploaded a Lesson into a folder that has been shared with you.

Make a Copy of content that has been shared with you.

1 2	Under My Content > Lessons, navigate to the lesson that has been shared with you. Click on the title.
3	Choose Copy Lesson to My Content under the Actions menu at the right.
4	The page will automatically refresh to the Lessons root page. Here you will see a new lesson with the same lesson title, but with the word ‘Copy’ at the end (for example: a copy of MyLesson would be appear as MyLesson Copy).
Congratulations! You have copied the Lesson that has been shared with you. This lesson is completely separate from the original lesson you copied and has it’s own unique hyperlink. Any changes you make to the ‘Copy’ lesson is not applied to the original lesson.
