My institution does not have the Link Selector tool enabled. How can I add my scored SoftChalk Cloud lesson to Canvas?
As long as the Canvas administrator has enabled the LTI/ScoreCenter feature within your LMS, the below steps will add your scored SoftChalk Cloud lesson into Canvas using the LTI link.

2. Copy the LTI link (NOT the Hyperlink) for your lesson. | |
3. After copying the LTI Link for your lesson, log into your Canvas account and choose your course | |
4. At the left, click Assignments. (If Assignments happens to be gray, that is because you have not yet entered an assignment but you can still click on Assignments to enter a new assignment.) | |
If you put the LTI link into another area such as Modules, the scores will NOT integrate with the Canvas gradebook. | |
5. Click on a plus sign (+) to add your LTI link | |
6. For the Type, select External Tool from the drop-down menu. 7. Enter a Name. 8. Click More Options. | |
9. Scroll down your screen to the Submission Type area and at the Enter or find an External Tool URL field, paste in your LTI link. You can also choose the option to Load This Tool in a New Tab | |
10. Scroll down to the bottom and click Save & Publish if you are ready for your students to use your lesson. (If you are still working on your lesson, then click Save. Later you can publish the link.) |
