I'm using Mac. The location of the cursor on the screen is not accurate. Is there a way to make the cursor show where it actually is located?

I'm using Mac. The location of the cursor on the screen is not accurate. Is there a way to make the cursor show where it actually is located?

This issue has been reported as:

  • affecting Mac users only

  • lesson-specific, meaning the issue is not likely to be experienced when working in a simple lesson in the Create app

  • experienced in the local Create app only.

We do have some suggestions to address the issue:

The easiest solution is to use Create Online, the web browser editor available within a SoftChalk Cloud account.

The issue may only affect a specific section of the lesson. See the below steps that may place the cursor on the expected text line.

  1. Place cursor at the beginning of the affected paragraph.

  2. Hit ‘Backspace’ until the cursor lines up with the previous paragraph.

  3. Hit ‘Return’ to make a new paragraph break.
