I have a SoftChalk Cloud account. I am using the SoftChalk Create shortcut on my desktop. How do I remove my account information from my local computer?
If you ever need to remove your account information from your local computer, please do the following:
Deregister your Cloud account with the computer:
1. Start Create.
2. Under the Cloud menu at the top left of your screen, choose Cloud Account Registration.
3. Click Deregister this Cloud Account.
Once you Deregister the Account, the empty registration screen will appear allowing you to enter new account information.
