I think my institution has a firewall that is preventing me from saving content to SoftChalk Cloud or successfully submitting to ScoreCenter. What should I do?

You may have a firewall blocking the SoftChalk Cloud website. We suggest that you contact your technical network people to have the following web addresses added to the allowed sites in your school firewall/network filter:

For Cloud connectivity, the following domains will need to accessible for both OUTGOING and INCOMING traffic:

https://softchalk-cloud-files.s3.amazonaws.com

http://www.softchalkcloud.com

https://www.softchalkcloud.com

http://softchalkcloud.com

https://softchalkcloud.com

(Please use the above domain names rather than IP addresses as our IP addresses may change.)


These domains need to be accessible on the following ports:

Port 80 for HTTP

Port 443 for HTTPS

All of these connections are over TCP.
