I want to share my lessons with other users in SoftChalk Cloud, but it does not seem to allow the other users to see my content. What am I doing wrong?

Please ensure that when adding users to 'share' a lesson folder you are adding them by their SoftChalk username.

NOT their email address.

To confirm which users have access to the shared folder:

  1. Under My Content > Lessons, scroll down to find your shared lesson or folder.

  2. Click the Share icon

3. SoftChalk Cloud group and user names that the content is shared with will be listed under the Sharing with section.
