Be sure you have disabled UAC and confirm if the error remains.
SoftChalk requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 in order to install and run properly. The most current version of .NET Framework is 4.5. If you have the most recent version present, you may need to install the 3.5 version alongside it, in order for SoftChalk to install successfully.

If you continue to encounter this error, even after installing the proper version of .NET Framework, check that you have a 32-bitbit installation of Java present on your PC.
